PDFClub (developer: Denthall) has no accounts; it never asks for your name, e-mail or phone number. This page explains what is held where, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Everything that stays on your device
Your documents, annotations, signatures and settings are stored only on your device. They never reach us.
To delete one document: in the Files tab, open the ⋮ menu next to it and choose *Delete*.
To delete everything: remove the app from your device. Uninstalling also deletes the documents, annotations, signatures and settings.
Because we never hold this data, deleting it does not require a request to us.
What we do hold
We hold no record that identifies you as a person. Only these:
Subscription record (RevenueCat). A randomly generated anonymous id, purchase history, country and device type.
Usage events (Firebase Analytics). Which screens were opened, which tools were used, and a randomly generated app installation id.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics). Stack traces, device model and app version.
The names of your documents, their contents and your annotations appear in none of these.
2. If you bought a subscription, include your store order number — the document number in your App Store receipt, or the order id from Google Play. With no account system, that number is the only way we can find your record.
3. We complete the request and write back to you within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted and what remains
Deleted: your subscription record and anonymous id at RevenueCat.
Deleted on its own: Crashlytics crash reports after 90 days. Analytics events are not tied to your identity and are kept as aggregate statistics.
Beyond our reach: Apple's and Google's own purchase and billing records. They are held by the stores, not by us, under their own retention policies. To cancel a subscription or ask for a refund you need to contact App Store or Google Play support.
Deleting your record while a subscription is active can leave you unable to restore that purchase. If your subscription is still running, cancel it through the store first.
