Privacy Policy

In short

PDFClub does not send your documents to any server. The PDFs you open, the marks you make on them and your signatures stay on your device. No account is required; we never ask for your name, email or phone number.

What stays on your device

None of the following ever leaves your device:

• Your documents. PDFs you import, scan or create are stored in the app's own folder.
• Your annotations. Highlights, drawings, notes and signatures are kept in a local database on the device.
• Your saved signatures. Stored only on your device.
• Your settings. Theme and language preference.

When you choose to share a document, you decide where it goes. Your device's own share sheet performs that transfer; we are not involved and receive no copy.

Third-party services we use

RevenueCat (subscription management)

We use RevenueCat to manage the Pro subscription. RevenueCat assigns you a randomly generated anonymous user ID — it does not identify you as a person. To verify your subscription status, RevenueCat processes your purchase information, device type, operating system version and country.

Your card details never reach us or RevenueCat; payment is taken directly by Apple or Google.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (usage and crash reporting)

We use Google Firebase to understand which parts of the app are used and to fix crashes. The data collected is:

• Which screens are opened and which tools are used
• Device model, OS version, app version, language and country
• Crash reports and error messages
• A randomly generated app-installation identifier that contains no advertising ID

The names of your documents, their contents and your annotations are not part of this data.

Apple App Store and Google Play

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and their own privacy policies apply.

Permissions

• Camera — used only when you scan a document. Captured images are turned into a PDF on the device and are not sent anywhere.
• Photos — accessed only for the images you select when creating a PDF from photos.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Advertising and data sales

The app contains no advertising. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your documents and annotations remain on your device until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes all of them from your device.

If you want your subscription record at RevenueCat or your usage records at Firebase deleted, write to us at the address below.

Children

PDFClub is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (under GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK or similar law) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Your documents are already only on your device, so we have no access to them; for records held by RevenueCat or Firebase, please write to us.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the effective date and announce significant changes inside the app.
