Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PDFClub, provided by Denthall. By downloading or using the app you accept them.

Licence

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use PDFClub on your personal or company devices. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app.

Subscription and billing

PDFClub is free to use with its core features. Some features require a PDFClub Pro subscription.

• The subscription price is the amount shown in the app at the time of purchase and is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings. In the app, Settings → Manage subscription takes you there directly.
• Where a free trial is offered: if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription begins as a paid one. If you switch to a paid subscription during a trial, any remaining trial period is forfeited.
• A subscription period already under way cannot be cancelled part-way; cancellation takes effect at the next period.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds are subject to their terms. Refund requests must be made to App Store or Google Play support. We are not able to issue refunds.

Your documents and your responsibility

Documents you bring into the app are yours; we claim no rights over them. Because they are stored only on your device, backing them up is your responsibility. If the device is lost or damaged, or the app is removed, we cannot recover your data.

Prohibited use

You may not use the app in breach of applicable law, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to produce fraudulent documents.

Disclaimer of warranty

PDFClub is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. You should check the results of document operations yourself, particularly for important documents.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Denthall is not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced inside the app; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country are unaffected.
